      1. YIKES! YES! You’re like my sister, she wakes up that early and runs too. I’m not a runner. But, I do have a fit bit that I LOVE and I walk about 35 miles a week, averaging about 5 miles a day. 🙂

      2. Ha Im not a runner really myself I just know if I want to be really fit I need to work on my cardio. It takes a lot of effort and self motivation before each run, but the feeling of satisfaction after every run is totally worth it! And walking is great as well, as long as you have some sort of physical activity in your life its all good 🙂
