Simple Exercises For a Super Toned Butt

Summer is approaching very quickly and so is the bikini season. We all want to look our best when showing off our new collection of bikinis on the beach after the long winter months. Why don’t you tone up that butt of yours with these simple home exercises…

1. Normal Squats

Squats exercise great for a round butt.Stand straight with your legs shoulder width apart. Start squatting down in to a 90 degree angle then stand up by putting most of the weight on your heels. Keep the exercise controlled and try not to lean forward. Keep your hands straight in front of you for balance. Perform this exercise starting with 3 sets of 20 reps and keep adding reps as you get stronger.

2. Kick Back

Kick back exercise for gluteus and tonnes buttocks.Get down on all fours by placing your hands right under your shoulders and keep your knees under your hips. Start bringing one of your knees  towards your chest , make sure to keep your tummy tucked in, then kick your leg straight out aiming towards the ceiling. You can straighten your leg or keep it bent at 90 degree angle when bringing it towards the ceiling. Perform this exercise by doing 2 sets of 20 reps on each leg.

3. The Bridge

The Bridge great exercise for a round and toned butt.Lie flat on your back and bring your legs up by bending your knees. Use your arms as support by keeping them straight on the floor. When comfortable start lifting your butt of the floor until its in a straight line with your butt count till 5 and slowly lower your buttocks to the floor. Perform this exercise by doing 2 sets of 15 reps. Increase the amount of sets and reps as you get stronger and more confident.

4. Lunges

Lunges exercise for your legs and butt.Stand up straight. Spread your legs shoulder width apart. Step forward with your right leg until it’s bent in a 90 degree angle and bend your left leg by lifting the heel off the floor and keeping the toes on the ground. Make sure both of your legs are bent in a 90 degree angle then get up straight and repeat the exercise by switching your legs. Make sure the exercise is controlled and you keep your back straight and don’t élan forward. Perform this exercise with 2 sets of 20 reps.
